Employee Opinion Surveys

Sometimes Painful, Always Helpful

Periodic physical examinations are vital to ensure good personal health.  While odds are high for a clean bill of health, sometimes unexpected problems are diagnosed and proper treatment can be started.

Just as preventive medicine has proved its worth, employee opinion surveys can protect the good health of an organization.  But for the same reasons that an individual may shy away from preventive action, so do many health care organizations.

  4. The ‘Unwillingness-to-Deal-with-Survey-Findings’ Barrier
